🐞 Login Button unresponsive on iOS app when using iPads when SSO is enabled #29

Background

Aristocrat reported that, when trying to log in to their white labeled Dozuki iOS app on iPads, the login button does not respond and they are unable to enter their SSO credentials.

To reproduce -- 1) Open the Aristocrat app 2) Click "Login" 3) See that the button does not respond

Note: this works on iPhones, but does not work on iPads.

To do -- Make the Login button take the user to the SSO login page.

@Diakonia7 this is an issue in 2.2 (which is the current store version). I have tested on the updated version 2.4 and it works well. However we need to accept the license agreement in itunes connect and the apple developer portal to create a build to test and update in the store.

On 2.5 I notice this works on the iPad in simulator. I do not see a dismiss button however, maybe we need to fix that or add as a separate bug? I recall this was a problem on device only? I'm testing with iOS 12.
