Remove section header when no content is returned #3

If Guides or Categories or Wikis sections return no content as you browse through the categories - then do not show them.

If there is no content under any section, then display "no content" text and don't display any section header.

This should be the behavior if Guides=0 AND Categories=0 AND Wikis=0 @Diakonia7

Related to this, seems like the wikis are not always showing when they should @bpascazio.

Here's an example page that has both categories, guides and wikis: https://gunnerautomotive.dozuki.com/c/Quality

However, only categories and guides show from the app.

Please confirm fixed in build 64 of Dozuki variant. Build has been sent out. @Diakonia7

Superseded by build 65 version 2.0 but same.
