SOPHIE (06/04)!
Development of SimCells as a novel chassis for functional biosensors (using minicells to build SimCells that act as efficient biosensors)
Bioremediation 3.0: Engineering pollutant-removing bacteria in the times of systemic biology (I didn't have time to read it precisely, but it reviews the strategies for engineered bacteria as bioremediation agents using catabolic pathways to degrade contaminants)
I believe the best way to increase our chance of successfully win medals in different categories is to use minicells as a therapeutic vector for a particular disease (just a thought)

SOPHIE (05/04): Using minicells to protect strawberries from fungal disease
(dsRNA encapsulated by minicells are less exposed to RNase degradation and are more efficient than naked RNA for the inhibition of fungal growth on strawberry plants)
