Meeting 1 - 27/04/2021

We had our fist meeting to determine the different approaches to control plasmid expression in the minicell system. We came up with 4 ideas:

• 👀 Activation of the plasmid due to a change in the environment
• 🚀 RNA interference in the mother cell
• 🎉 Differential repression of the plasmid in the minicell
• 😆 Protein dimerization circuit

Each member of the team will develop one of the ideas and prepare a small summary to present to the rest of the Wet Lab team during the next meeting. The summary should include pros and cons of the idea.

We can also come up with new ideas if we were to have some.
