Directed and Continuous Evolution Tools or Genes #157

Directed evolution is of interest to a number of different groups, and has been used in iGEM several times in the past. In particular, groups seem to like continuous evolution Heidelberg 2017 for instance. It might be a good idea to get a package together that contains the commonly used tools and genes for this. Some obvious contenders would be M13 phage coat protein (regular and dominant negative version used for counter selection), drift plasmids, inducible error prone polymerases, and systems such as EvolvR and OrthoRep.
