We need to create some documentation about how a displayid is determined using the current scripts, which data sources work for literal parts and which are used only for reference (e.g. Addgene), and what are best practices for naming part names that exist locally.
Also, a decision tree depicting the heuristics during this procedure would be highly helpful.
