Package collation needs to rewrite combinatorial derivations #226

When we merge packages, the identity of a library member can change, due to differences between the Excel2SBOL "best guess" and the element that actually gets imported. In this case, the identity pointed to by CombinatorialDerivation objects needs to be changed as well.
