It appears FreeGenes uses differently generated sequences for each of their small parts, so this might relate to issue #100 and friendzymes work. But due to timing, I'm going to use these sequences BBa_D2001 and D2002, and check the fasta output along with TWIST's ability to synthesize them.
So this has popped up before, but J23103 and J23112 are the same seq, but a helpful reminder from TWIST's checks. I think I'll remove J23112 from the Anderson package.
