2022 release #246

Per #237 this branch needs to merge into develop. But I wasn't sure if this is necessary (aside from just tracking the merge), as I believe the 2022 release was merged into develop (before into main) by @jakebeal. Only generated files are the changed ones, and it looks like those on develop are more up to date.

Draft for now.

We should still perform this merge, as it will make the git history "cleaner" for future merges.
