Make sure existing files are one-line-per-sentence and fix a couple of typos in the contributing to documentation page.

@jakebeal Would happily merge this myself but not sure about the changes in the CRISPR-Cas/views/package.nt file? Presume that they aren't an issue and are just to do with different back-end code?

Looks like it just managed to get a full copy of pSB1C5. not sure what that didn't go through earlier, but I see not problem with the update.
