2 years ago Sorry to ask for your approval again @jakebeal but I'm seeing changes to other files again after building the distribution. Assuming that is isn't an issue but just to double-check. Would be good to merge this before the whole-committee meeting so that the link I'm giving people works!
In advance of asking people to help us with the docs in today's meeting, I've added text to the 'How to contribute to docs' page and added another page on 'How to build the docs locally'.
(Because I screwed things up on the other branch with doing a rebase, I just cherry-picked the one commit that we needed into this branch instead)
