Open reporters package addition to main #273

Pull request for the open reporters package, information taken directly from FreeGenes backend (https://freegenes.github.io/#sheets-backend). This also follows @noahsprent 's import for the Open Yeast collection.

We've added this collection to the 2022 distribution from existing FreeGenes stock.
