FreeGenes GenBank file issues compendium #278

Creating an issue to keep track of the different issues we've found with FreeGenes genbank files that are posing problems, or just incorrect, so that we can report this all back to them

Here are the issues that we've found so far in the E. coli toolkit (and some of the others)

DOS line-breaks (^M) in features descriptions result in corrupt files when processed with BioPython
Non-ASCII characters in features (e.g., "DeepVent™") cannot be parsed with BioPython
Missing record ID and name: accession and version are blank, locus is "Exported"
