PR for #289

[x] Get IDT API access token
[x] Get distribution sequences from Fasta file using Biopython
[ ] Get the complexity score of each sequence
[ ] Inform how to improve synthesizability of the sequence
[ ] Use Github Secrets to inform username, password, client id and client secret

For use IDT API you should first create an account. After that go to My Account/API Access and click on Request New API Key. Now you could change the line 49 of the scripts/scriptutils/helpers.py with your username, password, client_id and client_secret.
