Merging develop into main!

Conflicts were a few:

• distribution.gb - chose mine
• distribution_fasta - chose mine
• small mol inducers package - chose theirs*

I wasn't sure if this was the right thing to do, as it looks like there was an update in develop for this that included two new parts
