Check that 'Good first issue' issues are actually good, and that they have necessary information #317

It came up in discussion that many of the 'Good First Issue' issues might either be too difficult for someone who is new or there might not be sufficient information in them for someone to get started. Someone should look through the tag and make sure that they are good issues for newcomers.

Ok I've been through these for now and the ones we have are currently ok. I'm going to create an issue template for these in future to try to make sure that these issues always have what's needed - #319
