already Import Import 15.2 into file /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport/15.2 But run project show error

I have the same situation : I am using Xcode 12.4 on an old MacBook iOS 10. I can't seem to run on iOS 15 devices, let alone simulators won't show in my list of available simulators. Any ideas?
