Remove unnecessary code from vendor folder #12

There seems too much unnecessary code residing in the GitHub repo especially in the source/vendor folder which shouldn't be uploaded on GitHub and are actually project dependencies / npm | bower dependencies.

I don't know if I'll keep bower so for now.

Without a makefile or a better gulp workflow, I am perplexed about this issue. I don't manage hosting and the deployment is managed by a third-party contributor.
