Integration of yarn

I'd like to work on this. When you say "two contributors required" does that mean you'd like me to do only the first or second item, not both?

Also confused on the scope of the issue here. I opened PR #10 for the yarn.lock file itself, please let me know if you want both of the to-do items in the same PR.

As the issue is opened for the hacktoberfest, the idea was to have 2 contributors, including documentation for the installation and the integration of the tool in the development process
