Done deactivating other plugins but still got this error and footer won't load. thanks for the response

This must be a browser and ISP issue. Your browser, firewall or ISP is blocking some scripts. Try using a different connection like a vpn or proxy.

In addition, the footer won't load if you are working offline.

I tested it on chrome, edge, and safari. I still got the same issue and I'm not using any VPN or proxy.
