Add an icon for NordAccount #102

Hi! Could you please add an icon for NordAccount?

Their website is at https://nordaccount.com.

When scanning their QR code with Tofu, the account issuer shows up as Nord+Account (maybe it's better if it shows up as NordAccount).

I would have done it myself if I owned a Mac. If this could help, I've already prepared a png file.

I added Nord Account in https://github.com/calleluks/Tofu/pull/92/commits/c3dc8fcc6dbff24ebac753e8dbf56e472929831a Now we just need Calle to merge, compile and upload to the App Store.
