Five new issuer icons #15

In response to my own icon request (#5), I made icons for the following issuers:

Since I do not have Sketch and currently am on Windows, I was unable to open the design file (maybe someone can add a .eps version?). I tried to replicate the placeholders as best as I can, but please let me know if it doesn't meet the Tofu icon standard :wink:

For the same reason I'm also unable to test the new set. However, I do not expect any problems here since I basically copied previous pull requests.

Please let me know what you think. And from now on I also take icon requests :wink:

Hey @frozenshadow, thanks so much for the icons! I'll try to get them out in a TestFlight build later today and then on the AppStore in a week or so. If you want, I can invite you to the TestFlight program? If so, I need an email address to send the invitation to.
