Add 8 new IssuerIcons #71

This PR adds icons for:

  1. Hetzner
  2. Uber
  3. Njalla
  4. Figma
  5. Lobsters
  6. Nodecraft
  7. GoDaddy
  8. 17th Shard

These Uber icon conflicts with #68, which introduces a similar Uber icon of a larger size. For reference, this is my icon, and this is theirs.
