Adding SimpleLogin icon. Closes #83

Hi @calleluks, was just curious if there was any timeline on when these 9 or so pull requests might be approved and if there was a way we could help accelerate the adding of icons. I am moving as many of my 2FA supported accounts as possible to to Tofu and several do not have icons. Thanks for such an awesome app and all your hard work!
