This test validates the functionality of the check-out process, ensuring the customer representative has access to the reservations and can check out.

User Flow:

• [x] Customer representative selects a reservation for checkout.
• [x] Customer representative inspects the vehicle's condition and sees no damage.
• [x] Customer representative proceeds with the full refund of 500$
• [x] Customer representative gets onscreen confirmation
