US (Additional): Additon of second driver during reservation #340

As a customer, I would like to have the ability to add additional driver for my reservation.

Overview:

Allow customers to add a second driver to their rental reservation, enhancing flexibility and accommodating scenarios where multiple individuals may share driving responsibilities during the rental period.

During Reservation:
    Customers can opt to add a second driver during the reservation process.
    Provide an option to enter the details of the second driver, including name, contact information, and driver's license information.

Driver Selection:
    Display information about the primary and secondary drivers in the reservation details.
    Allow customers to modify or remove the second driver if needed.

Documentation:
    Clearly communicate any additional charges or requirements associated with adding a second driver in the reservation documentation.
