Description

Create the page when the user clicks 'My Account'.

Acceptance flow

User clicks on "My Account"
User can see information.
User clicks update.
User updates information and clicks save.
User can see updated account information.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] User acceptance flow is respected.
[ ] Successful unit tests.
