This code is now ready for review.
this is (should be) consistent with update of DDStripSplitter changes in https://github.com/iLCSoft/MarlinReco/pull/74

Calibration constants for ScECAL adjusted with help from N. Tsuji. MIP calibration and EcalEnergyFactors adjusted according to MIP peak from single muons and EM response to 10 GeV single photons: these now look reasonable. Other photon energies are now being checked.

@rete : from your original to-do list, only "Setup TravisCI for o3 models" still remains. Can you do this?

I just setup the TravisCI for the o3 model. Unfortunately, we'll have to wait for tomorrow for the nightly builds and an updated version of MarlinReco. I think it is worth the wait.
