Updated PandoraSettingsDefault.xml and PandoraSettingsDefault_sdhcal.xml
- maximum cluster size in Yoke changed from 30 to 100 hits
- changed MinTrackCandidateEnergy from 7 GeV to 4 GeV in muon reconstruction
