added weight files for 0.1 GeV < p < 1 GeV
split into 6 bins for 2f-Z-had, but only 4 bins for single particles due to statistics reasons
use the new reference files Ref_2fZhad_18bins... or Ref_singleP_16bins..., respectively ENDRELEASENOTES

No changes to the configuration of the MiniDST workflow are necessary? Are these picked up automatically, or should they not be part of a standard MiniDST run?

Sorry, yes, added the weight files since Taikan asked me for them and forgot about the steering file...
