BEGINRELEASENOTES

Adapt to DD4hep for accessing detector information and remove Gear from ILD StdReco steering file.
- If both PR https://github.com/iLCSoft/MarlinReco/pull/29 and https://github.com/iLCSoft/LCFIPlus/pull/3 are accepted
- the gear file is not necessary anymore, and may be removed for ILD StdReco.

@rete @gaede These three PR https://github.com/iLCSoft/MarlinReco/pull/29, https://github.com/iLCSoft/LCFIPlus/pull/3 and https://github.com/iLCSoft/ILDConfig/pull/34 should work together. If you accepted them, ILD StdReco will not need gear anymore, and ILD will not need to maintain the gear files. Pleas have look at them together with 3 events test.
