Created MarlinStdReco_v1.xml for first round of ilcdirac tests. Includes :

I created a second file MarlinStdReco_v2.xml :

only one group of overlay processors
expected background values put into different xml files using constant + include
to run overlay use
- --constant.RunOverlay=true
- --constant.CMSEnergy=500 (250, 350 or 1000)

This last file version MarlinStdReco_v2.xml seems to work with user jobs in ILCDirac. I close this PR, clean up everything and make a new PR.
