BeamCal calibration update #74

BEGINRELEASENOTES

BeamCal calibration:
- moved calibration constant of BeamCal in a Marlin constant
- use Marlin constant in the BeamCal digitizer and the BeamCalClusterReco
- energy calibration constant updated to 79.6 (old was 72)

@gaede There is no way to specify the BCalRecoParticle collection in the MCThruth as the reco particle collection parameter is a string and not a list. The most obvious thing to do would be to run one additional processor for the MCThruth information with the BeamCalClusterReco output collection (clusters and particles).
