- because the TPC sensitive driver need every G4Step information to find out when the track cross the boundary.

Only this issue iLCSoft/lcgeo#227 has been checked with this fix. This is the plots from 25GeV muons gun with random angle from IP with z smearing from -0.197mm to 0.197mm. tpchits_wo_sendetfilter_random_angle_25gev_muon
