Add proper cvmfs repository for installing cvmfs in Docker image

ENDRELEASENOTES

Without this yum will not be able to install cmvfs because it will not be available

Hi @tmadlener . When you open a pull request there are tags BEGINRELEASENOTES and ENDRELEASENOTES. Can you list your changes in your PR message within these two tags please ? This is appended to the release notes automatically when we make a new version of iLCInstall.
