Fix export of compiler setup:
- source setup.sh from compiler path (for example from CVMFS) in init_ilcsoft.sh
- if setup.sh not found (for example default compiler in /usr/bin) just export PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH as before.

Coverage decreased (-0.03%) to 25.215% when pulling da98d838975707817a4b7ccb2af74f4b59c068fc on rete:gcc-setup into 5659b82795dd4bce01c47efa5ad3cc69a5979c35 on iLCSoft:master.

@osdesy FYI @gaede Can you pull this branch and just re-run your installation with this change. It won't re-install anything but just update the init_ilcsoft.sh script. I'll try to re-compile something then

Can somebody review ? Does that seem a reasonable fix ?
