Excessive server callbacks for checking ace perms #409

While hunting down some performance issues on our server, we saw that Illenium appearance was doing excessive server callbacks to check for user ace perms.

Would it be possible to fix this? It might improve performance overall for a lot of users of Illenium appearance.
