Refactor audio and settings logic to the Application level #10

Purpose of implementation request:
There is a lot of code duplication between MainMenuActivty, 
EditBlogEntryActivity and the two services. Lets adopt the Application pattern 
for this sorts of background logic.

When implementing the request, please focus on these
steps/functions/components:
