Purpose of implementation request:
The publish activity is a left over from another opensource blogger. it has 
some pretty nasty code that results in long build times. we should code an 
alternative publish actiivity using the blogger api docs directly

When implementing the request, please focus on these
steps/functions/components:

When implementing the request, watch out for the following potential
security/lack of access/lack of data/formatting etc hiccups:

Expect next steps to be:
Test the new publish activity and put it into the next beta release
