Look into locking down the TouchDB

We have a couple of options:

• Port https://github.com/couchbaselabs/TouchDB-iOS/commit/0235b18264f73ed14303ebf50e354f7aa7fd3ec0 to TouchDB- Android
• Write a JavascriptInterface which wraps Ektorp for CRUD on CouchDB (No HTTP or REST)

For now I will work on #2, get a feel for TouchDB and then see what I can do
