Chrome Inuktitut Morphological Analysis Extension #20

Purpose of addition of this task:
Making the NRC's morphological analyzer work in any website viewed in Chrome 
  * http://inuktitutcomputing.ca/Uqailaut/en/IMA.html

When reviewing task, please focus on:
  * finding and forking a similar project (popup when double clicking on a word)
  * figuring out how to use the Morphological Analyzer's API

After the review, please add a xxx to yyy wiki page.
Inuktitut Morphological Analyzer page to the wiki

After the review, the expected next step is to:
Share the extension with Farley

It would be a good idea to bring together the NRC and Dr. Johns' project:

Add to options:
  *Morphological analysis a la the Ruby on Rails app of Dr. Johns https://web.chass.utoronto.ca/inuitweb/stories/sentences/index/1

After the review, the expected next step is to:
  Share the extension with Dr Johns also
