Search Github for spell check repositories

Purpose of addition of this task

To find repositories that I would find helpful in making my spell check program.

When reviewing task, please focus on:

Looking at the inputs to the programs.

After the review, please add a xxx to yyy wiki page.

Look for what would be necessary to writing a program, through analysis of 
other repositories.

Become familiar with gits and git hub.

After the review, the expected next step is to:

Refine whats needed for writing the program.
