Print Dialog Not Appear When Print Menu Clicked In Interactive Maps Page

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Print dialog not appear when print menu clicked in Interactive maps page. Print dialog only appear when developer tools already displayed in horizontal layout. Additionally when not appear there is error message in developer tools console.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open an interactive maps page e.g.: http://asdc.immap.org/maps/6001/view
2. Click on Print menu

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. When Print menu is clicked then Print Dialog appear.
