Can not connect to SQL based layer [4.1.12]

I have seen this problem keep occurring for a machine under a windows domain system. The user has administrator right on the local machine, so I can install the software with no problem. I would need your help to identify the permission that we need, and I will tell the IT department to configure it accordingly.

Please ensure the owner of folder: '......Ddocuments\immap-oasis' is nhagmal

yes, all the folder is own by the user, but I still get the error.

I tried changing the owner of all the files and subfolders as well

This was a bit tricky to test... However, I believe it should work with the changes I made, by some reason it was trying using an exclusive lock on the DB. I will close this ticket until further notice.
