Improve Error Message [General] #23

Most of the errors from OASIS usually catch problem caused by programmers. I would like it to support problem that caused by module/user as well.

Moreover, it would be great if the popup message can tell the exact cause of the errors as well. ic1359

I understand the request... Needed, but currently we will add this to future assignments as it would require too much resources...
