Error when new layer is found [4.1.18] #27

I am getting this error, when new layer is found.

This happened after I clicked 'yes' to the popup message from OASIS asking whether I want to add new layer to the client.

On my second test, I did not get the error, but the displaying map was disappeared from my screen once I move the map with the hand tool.

The third and fourth test produced the error similar to the first test.

Peach: but the real cause of this is that the file location is not correct in ttkGISProjectDef

Can you please try replicate this error on login?
