Radiation Field not applying. #35

Tek Portable Catalyzer and Tek Pressurised Liquid Container Radiation Fields not applying.

Issue identified as Radiation Field Component scale value was only being changed client side, thus the server side value was always zero scale.

Issue fixed and the server side value is now modified correctly.. but...

WARNING:

Creatures within the radius of Tek Portable Catalyzer or Tek Pressurised Liquid Container that are not radiation immune will start to take damage from Radiation.
