Accessing the root node of a Photos library for the first time within an app session takes very long for large libraries #90

E.g. Accessing the Photos library root node for a library of about 26.500 photos on top-notch MBP hardware takes about 50 sec.

There are reports from people where it takes even much longer (one instance where it takes upto 50 min to open a library of 50.000 photos).

With the mitigation patch the mentioned Photos library of 26.500 photos is now accessible in almost half the time. (macOS 10.12.3)
