Added files and comments for using ESP32 with Flexispot E7 #56

First time doing one of these so let me know if I missed or need to adjust something.

The following adds the YAML file and pinout for using an ESP32 board with the Flexispot E7.

hi @Tylerjet . was messing around with your yaml to get it to work on my e7q. covers didnt work for me, since i could not get desk-hight to report anything else than 'na'. in case this the same root-cause for your trouble with the up-direction, have a look at https://github.com/iMicknl/LoctekMotion_IoT/pull/60

edit: if that fixes for you, you can add this to your pr. would close mine (you did way more of the work than me)

Interesting yeah, I'll try to take a look, I don't really use the covers myself anyways mainly the presets for use with homekit so haven't tried to look more into the cover situation.
