[Suggestion] for PayPal Integration #1

I highly suggest using Paypal's IPN Notifications for the PayPal payments then add some sort of identifier for the custom field in the IPN Notification so you know which notification is for which payment.

thanks for those suggests i was planing to add a laravel package which uses IPN later and setup the notification route later, but need to prepare a good struct for the payments.

hope i can done it this week ( again pull requests is free :P )
